REFUND POLICY

Members are provided with the refund policy and application form prior to enrolment. Refund information is available from our Mt Gravatt campus administration or the PTE Training website.

The request for refund must be made in writing to the PTE Training CEO using the Fee Refund Application which is available from Mt Gravatt campus administration.
Refunds are made at the discretion of PTE Training CEO.
Program cancellation after enrolment and receipt of payment to PTE Training may occur up to 4 days prior to commencement of the PTE Training Program*, without incurring the administration fee of $100.00. To be considered for a refund, notice must be given up to 4 days or more before PTE Training Program commencement, in writing.
Program cancellation within 4 days’ noticeof commencement of a PTE Training Program will result in an Administration Fees of $100.00.
Students who withdraw following commencement of the PTE Training Program owing to unforeseen or exceptional circumstance may apply for fee refund**. If the refund is granted fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis (based on the number of classes remaining in the course) less 20% of the total course cost.
Members may transfer to a higher program on one occasion to a PTE Training Program commencing within 3 months of their original program without penalty.
Refunds following cancellation of a transferred program will attract a penalty of 20% of the total PTE Training Program cost in addition the Administration Fee of $100.00.
Fee Refund Applications are considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of PTE Training CEO.
In the event of a PTE Training Program class being cancelled, the student will be provided with a class in lieu, at a time convenient to the student.
Fee refunds will be is processed in 5 business days after written request is received by our office.
PTE Training dispute resolution processes do not circumscribe the student’s right to pursue other legal remedies.
This agreement does not remove the right of either party to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws for unpaid and overdue fees. Members may contact the Department of Fair Trading.
The Refund Policy is subject to review at the discretion of the PTE Training CEO.
PTE Training will collect $100 as deposit to secure a place for members in class prior to program commencement. Members will be required to pay 100% the total fee remaining before the commencement of the PTE Training Program.

* THE TERMS PROGRAM, COURSE, AND MEMBERSHIP INFER THE SAME MEANING FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
